About
Meet Stephen & Amy Ross—Faithful Servants, Ministry Leaders, and Legacy Builders
Stephen and Amy Ross have been joyfully married for over 26 years, serving side by side in both ministry and business. Together, they founded Be The Church Ministry, a non-profit outreach committed to meeting practical and spiritual needs in their community and beyond.
Amy is a passionate Bible teacher, discipler of women, and Grief Recovery Specialist, known for her verse-by-verse approach to Scripture and her heart for helping women apply God’s Word in real, everyday life. She teaches through in-person and online Bible studies, YouTube devotionals, her podcast (God’s Word Transforming Lives), and written studies designed to build a deeper, lasting faith.
Stephen oversees their long-standing family-owned commercial cleaning company, which has served Stark County with integrity and excellence for nearly 30 years. When he's not managing operations, you’ll find him leading by example—praying for others, studying the Word, and ministering one-on-one with those in need. He often says his first ministry is his wife, and his steady presence is the backbone of their shared calling.
Amy also leads women through an action-based 8-week Grief Recovery program, helping those who’ve experienced loss or trauma find biblical healing and practical hope.
Together, Stephen and Amy mentor couples, disciple the next generation, and share the gospel in everyday ways—whether through outreach events, prayer walks in neighborhoods, or quiet encouragement behind the scenes. They are servants of the gospel in every sense of the word.
When they’re not in active ministry, they enjoy quiet days in Amish Country, walking and praying through their community, or reading together with a good cup of (decaf) coffee.
